PARKING GARAGE ELEVATOR ACCESS
Please be advised that work will be performed to replace the common area override keys for the parking garage elevators on November 5th at 11am. During this time, if the fob system fails, residents may use their common area key to access the lobby level through P3. For access to other floors, please use the elevators in the adjacent building. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation.
QUIET HOURS
Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours. Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.
