Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday October 9, 2026

NEW CLEANING PERSONNEL – 3635 / EAST BUILDING

Management would like to inform the community of a change to our cleaning personnel.

Wilfran / Jose’s last day with Coral Tree Plaza was Tuesday, September 29, 2026. We thank him for the service and contributions to the community.

We are pleased to welcome Rosa Murillo, who began working with Coral Tree Plaza on Monday, October 5, 2026. Rosa will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our common areas and 3635 / East building.

Please join Management in welcoming Rosa to the Coral Tree Plaza community.

ELEVATOR CONTACTS & RELAY REPLACEMENTS (WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 14, 2026)

Please be advised that the residential elevator contactors and relays serving Buildings 3634 and 3635 have become obsolete and require replacement.

The necessary replacement is scheduled to begin on Wednesday October 14, 2026, at 7:30 AM starting in the 3634 / West building.

During the scheduled repair:

  • It will take two (2) hours per elevator for repairs and one residential elevator will remain in service at all times.
  • Residents may experience temporary delays while the elevator equipment is being serviced.
  • 24 Hour Elevator will work to complete the repairs as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption to the community.

I appreciate your patience and cooperation while this necessary maintenance is completed.

AT&T INTERNET USERS

Management is requesting residents in 3634 and 3635 who currently use AT&T for their internet service to please notify the Management Office at mcasillas@actionlife.com.

This information will help Management coordinate upcoming work involving AT&T’s fiber-optic equipment in the community and minimize potential service disruptions.

Please include your building and unit number when responding.

HIGH WINDS EXPECTED

Please be advised, San Diego is expecting high winds & rain this weekend. If you have any lightweight items on your balcony, please take a moment today or this evening to secure them to the balcony or bring them inside.

If you are securing objects to the balcony, please exercise caution and ensure they are fastened securely.

MANAGEMENT OUT OF OFFICE
