ANNUAL FIRE INSPECTION – TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 15th
Western Fire, the Association’s Fire Life Safety vendor, will be performing the Annual Fire Life Safety Inspection for the West Building (3634) on Tuesday, September 15th at approximately 10:00AM and the East Building (3635) at approximately 12:00PM.
As part of the inspection, the fire horns will be sounded throughout both buildings. An in-unit inspection is required to test the fire horns and verify each device is properly connected to the fire alarm panel and no errors are displayed.
If you will not be home during the inspection, please notify Management in advance so the emergency key may be used to provide access to your unit.

KICTCHEN DRAIN WASTE DISPOSAL
As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash.
Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease.
PET RETREAT GATE (CLOSE AFTER USE)
Access to the pet retreat requires a common area key, and this amenity is for Coral Tree Plaza residents only. We have observed non-residents using the area and not cleaning up after their pets—please do not allow access to individuals without proper entry.
Please ensure the pet retreat gate is fully closed and latched after each use
LABOR DAY – MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED
