ANNUAL FIRE INSPECTION – TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 15th
Western Fire, the Association’s Fire Life Safety vendor, will be performing the Annual Fire Life Safety Inspection for the West Building (3634) on Tuesday, September 15th at approximately 10:00AM and the East Building (3635) at approximately 12:00PM.
As part of the inspection, the fire horns will be sounded throughout both buildings. An in-unit inspection is required to test the fire horns and verify each device is properly connected to the fire alarm panel and no errors are displayed.
If you will not be home during the inspection, please notify Management in advance so the emergency key may be used to provide access to your unit.
Management appreciates your cooperation as we complete this important life safety inspection.
CALLBOX DIRECOTRY – VERIFY CALLERS
Management would like to remind everyone of the importance of the callbox directory system and permissions.
The callbox is intended strictly for granting access to guests, vendors, and deliveries that you are expecting. For the safety and security of our community, please do not provide building access to individuals you do not know or are not anticipating.
We have recently observed instances where individuals have pressed multiple random unit listings in an attempt to gain entry. In some cases, these individuals may be experiencing homelessness and are attempting to access the building by hoping a resident will grant entry.
Your diligence helps protect you, your neighbors and the community. Thank you!
GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING
The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.
Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.
When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!
