Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday August 28, 2026

ELEVATOR CONTACTS & RELAY REPLACEMENTS (THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 3, 2026)

Please be advised that the residential elevator contactors and relays serving Buildings 3634 and 3635 have become obsolete and require replacement.

The necessary replacement is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 7:30 AM starting in the 3634 / West building.

During the scheduled repair:

  • One residential elevator will remain in service at all times.
  • Residents may experience temporary delays while the elevator equipment is being serviced.
  • 24 Hour Elevator will work to complete the repairs as efficiently as possible and minimize disruption to the community.

I appreciate your patience and cooperation while this necessary maintenance is completed.

KICTCHEN DRAIN WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash.

Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease.

PETS ON LEASH

Leashes are required in both buildings, parking garage and common areas at all times, with the exception of the designated dog run (Pet Retreat), where dogs may be off leash while under direct supervision.

Pet owners are expected to supervise their animals properly and are responsible for damage caused by such animals.

WORKING HOURS – IN UNIT IMPROVEMENTS

Working hours for any approved in unit improvements are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. No construction work/drilling is permitted on weekends or on holidays. Please submit any in unit improvements that requires an Architectural Application to Management for review, if you are unsure what items require approval or need an application, please email mcasillas@actionlife.com.

Noise can travel very easily throughout the building. Whenever you need to hang anything up or do any work in your unit, it is best to do this during normal working hours. Please be sure your workers have been notified and observe the rules at all times. Thank you!
