PET COURTESY REMINDER

Management would like to remind all pet owners of the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the community.

All pet owners are required to curb their pets and prevent them from urinating on common area surfaces throughout Coral Tree Plaza. Additionally, pet owners are required to immediately pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste when using the Pet Retreat. Please do not leave pet waste unattended.

COMMON AREA PLANTERS & PET RETREAT MULCHING NOTICE

Please be advised that the common area planters and Pet Retreat located in front of the 3634 building will be receiving fresh mulch during the week of August 17th.

Residents may notice landscaping activity and temporary access restriction to the pet retreat while the work is being completed.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE EVENT – SAVE THE DATE (SATURDAY AUGUST 29, 2026)

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a social event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Saturday August 29, 2026 from 5:30PM – 7:30PM in the Clubhouse. Save the Date!
