SOCIAL COMMITTEE EVENT – SAVE THE DATE (SATURDAY AUGUST 29, 2026)

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a social event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Saturday August 29, 2026 from 5:30PM – 7:30PM in the Clubhouse. Save the Date!

ADDITIONAL POOL DECK HANDRAIL INSTALL

Please be advised that an additional handrail will be installed next week at the pool deck.

The new three-bed stainless steel handrail will be located along the three steps leading from the pool deck down to the lower terrace. This improvement is intended to provide residents with additional support and improve safety when using the stairs.

During the installation, residents may experience temporary noise.

BULLETIN BOARD POSTINGS

Glass enclosed bulletin boards are located in each lobby near the mailboxes. Materials for posting on the lobby bulletin boards are typically weekly newsletters, Committee Gatherings, Meeting Agendas and Traffic Notices.

Next to the enclosed bulletin board are bulletin boards for personal notices, please verify with the Management before posting.
