Weekly Update – Friday December 12, 2025

2026 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS

Please keep in mind, effective January 1, 2026, the monthly Association assessment for each unit has changed. Please review the 2026 Budget to determine what your new payment is and make the appropriate adjustment. This is especially important if you utilize your bank’s bill pay option, as it most likely requires manual change. If you have set up automatic payments set up through Action’s Resident Portal, the amount that is withdrawn will automatically update.  Please contact Management if you need any assistance locating your new assessment amount at mcasillas@actionlife.com.

HOLIDAY CARDS FOR STAFF

For anyone who would like to mail in or leave an end-of-year card for the Coral Tree Plaza you are always welcome to hand it to them or you can stop by the onsite office and leave the card(s) with Management. If I am not in the office, you may place the card(s) through the office door mail slot. I will distribute the cards to Maria, Jose and Robert each day. Just as a friendly reminder here is their information.

Maria Mendoza – Janitorial Porter, Professional Maintenance Systems

Wilfran Jose Diaz Pinero – Janitorial Porter, Professional Maintenance Systems

Robert Wright – Building Engineer, Pro-Tec Building Services

HOLIDAY DECORATIONS

The Rules and Regulations on page 12 state “Holiday lighting at Christmas/Hanukkah season is permitted with the exception that no lights will be positioned to shine onto/into any other unit in either 3634 or 3635 building. Decorations must be removed by January 15th.”

Be mindful when you are putting up your lights. Sometimes the brightly colored and “festive” LED light strips can actually be quite bright and shine directly into another unit. So please do your best to be mindful of this. Make sure that none of your lights are draping down from your balcony into the view of your neighbor below.

If and when you are taking a Christmas tree up to your unit, please make sure the tree is wrapped in plastic and please clean up any mess you leave.

WORKING HOURS – IN UNIT IMPROVEMENTS

Working hours for any approved in unit improvements are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. No construction work/drilling is permitted on weekends or on holidays and the last two weeks of December. In unit work can resume on Monday January 5, 2026. Thank you!
