Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday November 7, 2025
Happy Friday Everyone!
GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING
The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.
Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.
When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!
TRASH CHUTE & WASTE DISPOSAL
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard or Styrofoam material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza. Also, soiled pizza boxes must be broken down and discarded in the trash.
BEST PRACTICES

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.
CLUB HOUSE LIBRARY
Did you know there is quite a book collection located in the Club House? You are more than able to take a book from the bookshelf as long as you do return the book in a timely fashion. If you would like to add to the book collection, you may bring down book(s) you think your fellow neighbors may enjoy.
Please do not add any textbooks or books that include bad language, nudity and politics. Thank you!
SOCIAL COMMITTEE EVENT – SAVE THE DATE (WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 10th)
The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a social event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Wednesday December 10, 2025, in the Clubhouse. Save the Date!
