Annual Meeting Results

The association met on Wednesday October 29, 2025 to review the ballots cast for the annual meeting and the election of the Board of Directors. Bob Bing, Nancy Farnan and Richard Spero were elected and will be serving on the Board for a two-year term. Below is the official ballot tally which will be posted on the bulletin board.

RESULTS OF ELECTION/REPORT TO THE MEMBERS

Your Association’s Annual Meeting of the Members was held on Wednesday October 29, 2025. The Election of Directors was completed. Three Directors were elected to serve two-year terms.

The members voted to allocate any excess funds at the end of the current fiscal year to the subsequent year’s member assessments.

WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash.

Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease.
