ANNUAL MEETING – DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!!!

There are a few ways to vote. Owners may elect to either mail in their ballot, deliver to Management office or take it to the Clubhouse prior to the Annual Meeting scheduled on Wednesday October 29, 2025 from 5:00PM – 5:30PM. The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:30PM and Zoom will be an available option. Ace Inspectors will officiate our election whether your ballot is mailed or brought in person.

3635 / EAST RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR RE-GROUT

Please be advised, Christian Brothers Flooring will be performing re-grouting work in the 3635 residential elevators on Tuesday, October 28^th – Thursday October 30^th at no cost.

One elevator will be serviced per day and will be out of operation from 12:00 PM until the following morning/afternoon to allow the grout to properly cure. One residential elevator will remain operational throughout the duration of this work.

I appreciate your patience and understanding while this necessary maintenance is completed to ensure the longevity and appearance of the elevator flooring.
