ANNUAL MEETING – DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!!!

There are a few ways to vote. Owners may elect to either mail in their ballot, deliver to Management office or take it to the Clubhouse prior to the Annual Meeting scheduled on Wednesday October 29, 2025 from 5:00PM – 5:30PM. The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:30PM and Zoom will be an available option. Ace Inspectors will officiate our election whether your ballot is mailed or brought in person.

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS CONTACT INFORMATION

In the event of an after-hour emergency (not police related) do you know what number to contact to speak to an after-hour Action Property Management representative? If not, you may contact Action’s after-hours emergency line at (800)400-2284. The Action representative will ask for the standard personal information, place of residency and reason for the call to further assist with your after-hour emergency.

WATER SHUT DOWN (METER READING) – BY CITY OF SAN DIEGO

The City of San Diego is requiring a water shut down at Coral Tree Plaza to perform a water meter reading. As soon as the date in November has been confirmed, Management will provide further information. Thank you!

SOCIAL COMMITTEE EVENT – SAVE THE DATE (WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 10^th)

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a social event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Wednesday December 10, 2025, in the Clubhouse. Save the Date!
