FIRE HORN – CITY INSPECTION (3635 / EAST BUILDING ONLY)
As you may recall, Hiller Fire performed an in-unit inspection to identify which unit(s) have a disconnected fire horn. Now that Hiller Fire found the disconnects and repairs have been made, the City of San Diego is required to perform a final in-unit inspection for the East (3635) building to ensure the Fire Horns sound off correctly and are no trouble calls on the fire panel. This in unit inspection is a mandatory requirement for the A & E stack only.
The City Inspector will be on site on Tuesday October 7th andmentioned it will take approximately one (1) minute in each unit (A & E Stack) and appreciates everyone’s cooperation so they may move quickly throughout the building. In the event the inspection cannot be carried out in one (1) day, the City inspector will be required to come back on Wednesday October 8th.
Please follow up with Management to let me know if you will be home for this inspection or if we may use the key on file.

PARKING SPACES – STORED ITEMS
Management has performed a garage inspection and noticed quite a bit of items that are not permitted to be stored in your parking spaces such as cardboard boxes, wooden crates, luggage, etc.
Please remove all items that are not allowed to be stored in your parking space per Coral Trees CC&R’s, Article VI, Section 15 – “No storage of any kind is allowed in parking stalls, except household carts, oil-absorbent mats/pads and convertible hard tops. Any other items left in parking stalls may be removed without prior notice”.
“Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.
