FIRE HORN DISCONNECT – EAST/ 3635 BUILDING (A & B) STACK
As you may recall, during the most recent Fire Horn City Inspection to the (3635 / East) building failed the inspection due to a disconnected fire horn in the A or B Stack and is sending a trouble call to the fire panel. To address this issue, Hiller Fire is scheduled for service on Wednesday September 3, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM.
They will conduct a quick unit inspection to identify which fire horn is not connected properly and will make the repair. Please note that fire horns to the A & B units will sound off around 9AM to identify the disconnected fire horn for a short time frame and one more time near end of workday for end of day inspection.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact management directly.
ANNUAL FIRE HORN TESTING – WEST / 3634
Fire Life Safety vendor, Digital Fire Protection Services will be sounding off the fire horns in the West / 3634 building on Thursday September 4, 2025. An in-unit inspection is not required, the fire horn testing is to make sure all fire horns are connected to the fire panel and errors are not displayed. In the event a fire horn is disconnected, a unit inspection will be performed to the notated stack that shows an error.

BREAK DOWN BOXES
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza.
BEST PRACTICES

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.
