3634 LOBBY A/C – REPAIR

The 3634 / West Lobby Air Conditioning system is currently out of service due to a mechanical failure. San Diego Mechanical Energy ordered the required parts to complete the repair.

I understand this may cause some discomfort, especially during warmer weather and I appreciate your patience while we work to repair the system. An update will be provided as soon as the repair date is confirmed.

EMERGENCY CONTACT LIST

Residents with mobility issues, whether permanent or temporary, should send an email to Management (mcasillas@actionlife.com) for notification. This information will be placed on the Assisted Rescue List located in the Fire Control Room for the Fire Department in the event of an emergency.

If you are unsure your name is listed, please ask Management.

EMERGENCY KEY

Do you have emergency key on-file with Management?  It is very important to have an emergency key on file with the building.  During an emergency situation, Management may be required to gain access to your unit.  In the unlikely event that a key is not on file, your door may sustain damage from forced entry.   Please note, this is an Owner expense and can be very costly. 

Emergency keys are not used for the purpose of letting guests or personal workers in. Owners must make separate arrangements for these situations including calling a locksmith.
