BOARD MEETING – JULY 30, 2025
The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday July 30, 2025, at 5:30PM and will be held via Zoom.
FIRE HORN – CITY INSPECTION (EAST BUILDING ONLY)
As you may recall, Hiller Fire performed an in-unit inspection to identify which unit(s) have a disconnected fire horn. Now that Hiller Fire found the disconnects and repairs have been made, the City of San Diego is required to perform an in-unit inspection for the East (3635) building to ensure the Fire Horns were installed correctly, sound off correctly and are no trouble calls on the fire panel. This in unit inspection is a mandatory requirement for every unit in the East / 3635 building.
City Inspector will be on site on Wednesday August 6th andmentioned it will take approximately two (2) minutes or less in each unit and appreciates everyone’s cooperation so they may move quickly throughout the building. In the event the inspection cannot be performed in one (1) day, the City inspector will be required to come back on Thursday August 7th.
