SEWER MAIN LINE REPAIR – JULY 7th to JULY 11th
Management would like to inform you that a compromised section of the main sewer line located in the south-facing canyon is scheduled for replacement, beginning Monday, July 7th – Friday, July 11th.
The issue is the result of a tree root intrusion, which has damaged a portion of the sewer main line leading into the south facing canyon. To address this, plumbing contractors will be required to eight (8) feet deep trench five (5) feet wide to access and replace approximately three (3) feet of sewer drainpipe. Due to the complexity and location of the work, the repair will take several days to complete.
As part of this repair, water to the entire building will need to be shut off for one (1) day during the hours of (9AM – 4PM) to allow for the safe and complete replacement of the affected section of pipe. Management will provide follow-up notice with the exact day and time frame of the water shut off as we approach the scheduled repair date.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we complete this critical repair.
FIRE HORN DISCONNECT – EAST/ 3635 BUILDING (A, B & C) STACK
Fire Life Safety vendor Hiller Fire noticed on a recent inspection that there is a disconnected fire horn in the A, B or C Stack of the East /3635 building and is sending a trouble call to the fire panel. To address this issue, Hiller Fire is scheduled for service on Monday June 7th at approximately 9:00 AM.
They will conduct a quick unit inspection to identify which fire horn is not connected properly and resolve the issue. Please note that fire horns will sound off around 9AM to identify the disconnected fire horn for a short time frame and one more time near end of workday for final inspection.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact management directly.

park in the guest parking on the 1st level of the garage (marked visitor). Residents are asked to use
their assigned garage parking spaces, not the parking apron.
