KITCHEN STACK WASTE JETTING (EAST / 3635) – MONDAY JUNE 23, 2025
This year’s Kitchen Stack Jetting will begin on Monday June 23rd – Thursday June 26th in the East building and will be starting from the 1st floor, working their way up. The plumbers will need to access every single unit to monitor your kitchen sink to ensure there is not a backup. Every three floors, a kitchen stack cleanout has been placed in the kitchen. The following floors have kitchen stack cleanout access:
15
12
7
2
Every unit on these floors has either a small access hatch or a cleanout. To help us be as efficient as possible with the cleanout process, please remove any objects that may be in the way so that the plumbing crew has easy access to the cleanout. The crew will work on one stack per day. The schedule is posted below:
Monday June 23rd: A & F stack
Tuesday June 24th: B, C & G stack
Wednesday June 25th: D & H stack
Thursday June 26th: E stack
We want to ensure that the association maintains the investment in the cast iron pipes, but also to keep everyone healthy and safe. We greatly appreciate all of your assistance and cooperation in this matter.
Please email Management to let me know if you will be home or if we may use the key on file.
VISITOR PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RENT
Did you know Coral Tree Plaza has visitor parking spaces available for rent on Parking Level 3? These spaces are perfect for anyone needing additional parking within the community.
The monthly rental fee is $70, and spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you’re interested in securing one of these available spots, please reach out to management at mcasillas@actionlife.com.
ELECTRIC MOBILITY BICYCLE STORAGE & INSURANCE
Personal Electric Micromobility (E-Mobility) devices including Electric Bicycles (E-Bikes) and Electric Scooters (E-Scooters) may be stored at the discretion of the homeowner in one’s residential unit. Since Lithium batteries are exceedingly heat sensitive, E-Mobility devices may not be stored on balconies unless the Lithium batteries are removed and safely stored within the residential unit. To provide a neat appearance, E-Mobility devices when stored on balconies must be covered. At no time can storage brackets be mounted to the side of the building, door/window frames, balcony railings, or the masonry surrounding first level patios.
All owners storing and charging E-Mobility devices, and those whose tenants are doing the same, must maintain liability insurance covering the storage and charging of such devices on campus and name the Coral Tree Owners Association as an additional insured.
Please provide a copy of the current insurance certificate to the Management office.
PARKING APRON (GUEST PARKING ONLY)
The lot between the two (2) buildings is intended for temporary use by guests, contractors, service
personnel, installers, utility representatives, etc. If your guests need to stay overnight, please have them
park in the guest parking on the 1st level of the garage (marked visitor). Residents are asked to use
their assigned garage parking spaces, not the parking apron.
Please be considerate of the needs of others who do not have a choice. Residents employing workers who damage or leave materials in the parking lot are liable for repair and/or clean up as discussed in Violations and Fine.
