GARAGE SAFETY REMINDER

I would like to inform everyone to exercise caution when entering and exiting the community garage. If a vehicle or person follows you in through the garage gate and raises suspicion, please do not approach the person.

For your safety and the safety of others, it is advised that you do not engage or confront anyone in these situations. Instead, please notify management (mcasillas@actionlife.com) as soon as possible with the date, time frame, and any details of the incident so management can review security footage and follow up appropriately.

If you witness a crime in progress or feel that your safety is in immediate danger, call 911 immediately.

FIRE HORN DISCONNECT – EAST/ 3635 BUILDING (B) STACK

Fire Life Safety vendor Hiller Fire noticed on a recent inspection that there is a disconnected fire horn in the B Stack of the East /3635 building and is sending a trouble call to the fire panel. To address this issue, Hiller Fire is scheduled for service on Tuesday May 27^th at approximately 9:00 AM.

They will conduct a quick inspection to identify which fire horn is not connected properly and resolve the issue. Please note that fire horns will sound off around 9AM to identify the disconnected fire horn for a short time frame and one more time near end of workday for final inspection.

I have reached out to a few residents in 3635 “B” Stack to coordinate access for this inspection. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact management directly.

ELEVATOR PANEL REPAIRS

Please be advised, surface scratch repairs will be performed to the elevator panels in both buildings next week. The elevator panels in both 3634 & 3635 have been restored. The schedule is as follows:

• 3634 (West) Residential Elevator: Wednesday May 28^th
• 3635 (East) Residential Elevators: Thursday May 29^th & Friday May 30^th

The scheduled work will begin approximately around 9:30 AM each day.

Please note:

• Repairs will produce strong fumes and fans will be used to assist with the strong fume smell. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we complete these repairs.
