COMMON AREA CLEANING

Starting on Tuesday May 13th – Wednesday May 14th, Carpet Cleaning Kings will be onsite to perform a deep clean to the hallways & lobbies of both buildings, elevator landings in the parking garage, and the clubhouse flooring. Jesse and his crew will be cleaning both the carpeted, tiled & luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Carpet Cleaning Kings will start in the East building on the upper-level floors and work their way down to the first floor, repeating this same process in the West building and finishing in the Clubhouse.

GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING

The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.

Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.

When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!

MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS

Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, TV noises, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.

Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. (City Ordinance). Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.

ELECTRONIC WASTE & CLOTHING HAUL

Management scheduled an Electronic Waste & Clothing Haul donation with Global Disposal and they are coming to the property on Thursday May 22, 2025, to pick up the E-Waste and donatable clothing.

Instead of leaving all electronic waste and clothing in a parking spot in the above-ground parking lot, we are asking that the donation/waste items be gathered by the dumpster rooms of each building. The dumpster rooms are located at the end of the small walkway just North of the main lobby doors to both buildings. There are concrete areas just outside of the dumpster rooms for owners to leave their items. Only staff is permitted into the dumpster room so please do not attempt to access the dumpster rooms. 

The Electronic Waste & Clothing Haul will be picked up between the hours of 6:00AM – 5PM on Thursday May 22, 2025 according to Global Disposal. Below is a list of all approved items for pickup.
