PET RETREAT –TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE

Please be advised that the Pet Retreat will be temporarily closed on Monday May 5, 2025 beginning around 8:30 AM and will re-open the same day.

Pacific Green Landscape will be onsite to add additional soil to the pet retreat to cover the exposed tree roots and the soil will settle for 2-3 days and Pacific Green Landscape will determine if more soil is required. After the soil is completely installed, a pet friendly mulch will be installed as ground cover.

I appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain and enhance the community’s common areas.

ELEVATOR PANEL REPAIRS

Please be advised, surface scratch repairs will be performed to the elevator panels in both buildings next week. The elevator panels in both 3634 & 3635 have been restored. The schedule is as follows:

• 3634 (West) Residential Elevator: Tuesday, May 6th
• 3635 (East) Residential Elevators: Wednesday, May 7^th & Thursday May 8th

The scheduled work will begin approximately around 9:00 AM each day.

Please note:

• Repairs will produce strong fumes and fans will be used to assist with the strong fume smell. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we complete these repairs.

TRASH CHUTE & REFUSE ROOM CLEANING

Please be advised the power washing of trash chutes has been scheduled as follows:

• 3634 (West): Thursday, May 8, 2025
• 3635 (East): Friday, May 9, 2025

During this time, trash chutes will be temporarily inaccessible to ensure the cleaning is performed safely and thoroughly.

If you are unable to dispose of your trash before the scheduled cleaning, you may place your bagged trash in the refuse room next to the chutes. Cleaning staff will remove it after the service is completed.
