BRUNCH COMMITTEE EVENT – SATURDAY APRIL 26th
The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a Spring Fling Brunch event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled for this Saturday April 26, 2025, from 11:00AM – 1:30PM in the Clubhouse.
Please see the flyer attached in the pdf.
BREAK DOWN BOXES
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza.
BEST PRACTICES

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.
PET WASTE
As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.
Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.
PARKING SPACES – STORED ITEMS
Management performed a garage inspection and noticed quite a bit of items that are not allowed to be stored in your parking spaces such as cardboard boxes, wooden crates, luggage, shoes, etc.
Please remove all items that are not allowed to be stored in your parking space per Coral Trees CC&R’s, Article VI, Section 15 – “No storage of any kind is allowed in parking stalls, except household carts, oil-absorbent mats/pads and convertible hard tops. Any other items left in parking stalls may be removed without prior notice”.
PET RETREAT (CLOSE GATE AFTER USE)
As a reminder, please close the Pet Retreat gate securely after each use. Recently, the gate has been left open on several occasions which leaves the area accessible to anyone off the street. Thank you!
