ELEVATOR PANEL REPAIRS SCHEDULED

Please be advised, surface scratch repairs will be performed to the elevator panels in both buildings next week. The schedule is as follows:

• 3634 Building: Tuesday, April 16th
• 3635 Building: Wednesday, April 17th
• Work will begin approximately around 9:00 AM each day.

Please note:

• The elevator being worked on will be temporarily out of service during the repair process.
• Repairs will begin with the garage elevators and while temporarily out of order, please use the alternative garage elevator per scheduled date. Signage will be posted in advance.
• Repairs may produce strong fumes, I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we complete these improvements.

BRUNCH COMMITTEE EVENT – SAVE THE DATE (SATURDAY APRIL 26^th)

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a Spring Fling Brunch event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Saturday April 26, 2025, from 11:00AM – 1:30PM in the Clubhouse. Save the Date! Please see the flyer attached in the pdf.

TOWN HALL MEETING – THURSDAY APRIL 24, 2025

A Town Hall is scheduled for Thursday April 24, 2025 at 5:30PM and will be held in the Clubhouse as well as available via Zoom for Owners of Coral Tree Plaza.
