3635/EAST RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR TILE REPLACEMENT – MONDAY, MARCH 31st
I am happy to announce that the anticipated elevator tile replacement project for the two (2) residential elevators of the East Building (3635) will begin on Monday, March 31st – Thursday, April 3rd.
The work will be conducted during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with each elevator requiring two days to complete. One elevator will be working at all times and as common practice, 24-Hour Elevator will be onsite throughout the entire installation to monitor the work.
Typically, when performing a repair or modification such as tile replacement, an elevator technician will be present to ensure safety standards are met, the elevator is properly tested and certified once the work is complete.
I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, including potential noise disruptions and longer elevator wait times.
I appreciate your patience and cooperation during this important project.
TREE TRIMMING NOTICE – MONDAY MARCH 31, 2025

FIRE HORN DISCONNECT – EAST BUILDING (D) STACK
Fire Life Safety vendor Hiller Fire noticed on a recent inspection that there is a disconnected fire horn in the D Stack of the East /3635 building and is sending a trouble call to the fire panel. To address this issue Hiller Fire is scheduled for service on Thursday, April 3rd, at approximately 9:00 AM.
They will conduct a quick inspection to identify which fire horn is not connected properly and resolve the issue. Please note that fire horns will sound off at 9AM to identify the disconnected fire horn for a short time frame and one more time near end of workday for final inspection.
I have reached out to residents in 3635 D Stack to coordinate access for this inspection. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
