GUEST ROOM GUIDELINES

Guest rooms are for the exclusive use of residents and / or their guests. The resident must sign the Guest Suite Rental Agreement before a reservation is made. The form is available in the Forms Box next to the Management Office door in the Clubhouse or you may request a copy by emailing Management: mcasillas@actionlife.com

Reservations may be made with management for a maximum of six nights, no more than two (2) people per room and no one under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

There is a charge for guest room rental. The room costs $80 for the first night and $65 for every night after and is charged to your account at the time of accepted contract, or a check can be dropped off to the Management office. Refunds may be made if cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance or if the room can be re-rented. Key and FOB must be returned to the main office; after key return, Site Staff will examine the room. If there is apparent damage, the cost of repair will be charged to your account.

No meals may be prepared in the Guest rooms.

No smoking is allowed in the Guest rooms.

No pets are allowed in the Guest rooms.

WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash. Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as: bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease. Thank you!
