Please remove all items that are not allowed to be stored in your parking space per the Associations CC&R’s, Article VI, Section 15 – “No storage of any kind is allowed in parking stalls, except household carts, oil-absorbent mats/pads and convertible hard tops. Any other items left in parking stalls may be removed without prior notice”.

POOL & SPA – UPDATE

I am happy to announce that the resurfacing of the pool and spa has been successfully completed! The area has undergone significant improvements, and everything is in place to provide a refreshed and enjoyable experience for the community.

At this stage, we are awaiting the required inspection by the city, once the inspection is completed and approved, we will be able to open the pool and spa for use.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this project, I will notify you as soon as the pool is ready to be enjoyed.
