POOL & SPA RESURFACING – UPDATE

I am pleased to announce that the resurfacing project for the pool and spa is nearly complete. Starting this week and next week we will begin filling the pool and spa with water, marking a final step before opening the area for use. Pool vendor (Pool Beautiful) will be onsite next week to perform the chemical treatment to the pool & spa prior to city inspection.

The city is scheduled to conduct the final inspection next week. Pending approval, we are excited to inform you that the pool deck will be open for residents to enjoy once the inspection is passed. As soon as Coral Tree Plaza gets cleared for use, I will send out a message to the community.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this important improvement project.

COOLING TOWER SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE – WEDNESDAY MARCH 5, 2025

The cooling tower is scheduled to be drained on Wednesday March 5, 2025 due to a resident replacing their exclusive usage HVAC, including the supply & return valves within their unit. San Diego Mechanical Energy (SDME) will be on site to drain the cooling tower and re-fill once the valve replacement is complete. During this time, the Chiller will not be functioning until the water supply to the cooling tower has been replenished.

The heating element to your HVAC will work normally and will not be affected.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Management: Mcasillas@actionlife.com.

DUMPSTER NOTICE – MONDAY MARCH 10, 2025

Global Disposal and Coral Tree Plaza have been able to schedule a large dumpster that will be dropped off on Monday March 10th and picked up the following week on Monday, March 17th. The dumpster is going to be placed on the parking apron between both towers.

When dumping items, you are no longer interested in using, please make sure you are throwing away correct material. The association will incur costs if the wrong materials are dumped, please refrain from throwing away items such as electronic waste (old phones, computers, tv, etc.), paint cans, or any related hazardous materials.

Management will schedule a separate day for Electronic Waste disposal.

PARKING APRON (GUEST PARKING ONLY)

The lot between the two (2) buildings is intended for temporary use by guests, contractors, service

personnel, installers, utility representatives, etc. If your guests need to stay overnight, please have them

park in the guest parking on the 1st level of the garage (marked visitor). Residents are asked to use

their assigned garage parking spaces, not the parking apron.

Please be considerate of the needs of others who do not have a choice. Residents employing workers who damage or leave materials in the parking lot are liable for repair and/or clean up as discussed in Violations and Fine.
