BOARD MEETING – WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 26, 2025

The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday February 26, 2025, at 5:30PM and will be held via Zoom.

BALCONIES & POTTED PLANTS

Water and other liquids applied to plants, objects, floor or walls must be applied in such a manner that

no liquids drip off the balcony or patio. Pots, planters and containers must be kept in waterproof saucers.

No objects of any kind may be thrown, shaken or swept off balconies.

ADVICE:

Anchor anything which might blow off or fall off your balcony.

RULE:

Close umbrellas when not in use.

EAST LOBBY COUCH CUSHION(S) THEFT

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the safety and security of Coral Tree Plaza, it’s important that we all do our part to ensure unauthorized individuals do not gain access to the property. This includes making sure the lobby doors are fully closed behind you.

A female trespasser gained access to the East lobby on Tuesday February 18th at 12:06 AM by pulling on an unclosed door and stole two (2) of the beige seat cushions. Adjustments to both the East & West lobby doors have been made to correct this matter, and we will be checking the doors routinely going forward for any needed adjustments.

Please remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings, especially when entering and exiting the building.

Please do not grant access to anyone you are not familiar with. If someone you do not recognize requires entry and they do not have a fob/key, kindly direct them to the Call Box to reach their intended contact.

We also recommend reminding your guests, dog walkers, cleaning personnel, and others who may come and go about this policy to help keep Coral Tree secure. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a safe and welcoming community for all.
