BOARD MEETING – WEDNESDAY JANUARY 29, 2025

The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 29, 2025, at 5:30PM and will be held via Zoom.

GENERATOR LOAD TEST – MONDAY JANUARY 27, 2025

The Annual Generator Load Test is scheduled on Monday, January 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. This test will be conducted by Global Power to simulate a power outage and verify that all components, mechanics, and functions of the generator are operating as expected.

Please note that there will be no power disruptions during this scheduled test.

The generator will run for approximately two hours, during which some noise may be noticeable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we perform this critical maintenance.

MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS & DOG BARKING

To maintain a peaceful living environment for all residents, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Noise Control

  1. Quiet Hours: Minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with the city ordinance.
  2. Balcony Awareness: Sounds from balconies can travel long distances. Please be considerate when using these spaces.
  3. General Noise Levels: Keep voices, TVs, and other sounds at a courteous level, especially in common areas or when audible outside your unit.
  4. Appliances and Tools: Operate household appliances, power tools, and other noise-generating equipment only during reasonable hours.

Pet Responsibility

  • Pet owners are expected to maintain full responsibility for their pets’ behavior. This includes ensuring that barking or other disturbances are minimized to avoid disruption to neighbors.
