3634 & 3635 GARAGE ELEVATOR LOAD TEST – MONDAY JANUARY 20, 2025

The State of California Department of Industrial Relations has mandated a load test for both parking garage elevators (East and West). These tests are essential to ensure safety and compliance.

Schedule:

  • West Elevator Service: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • East Elevator Service: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

During these times, the respective elevators will be unavailable. If you need access to the parking garage elevator, please plan accordingly and use the elevator that is not undergoing testing.

I appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this necessary load test.

POOL & SPA RESURFACING – MONDAY JANUARY 20, 2025

Please be advised, the pool deck will be closed starting Monday, January 20, 2025, for approximately three (3) weeks. This closure is essential to resurface the pool & spa fiberglass and to ensure all elements meet updated code requirements.

During this time:

  • Garage Stairwell Access: The stairwell leading to and from the pool deck/promenade will remain open for passage only.
  • Barricades in Place: The pool deck will be securely closed off to ensure safety during the project.

Management apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your understanding as we work to enhance the facilities for everyone’s enjoyment.

2025 NEW YEAR’S POTLUCK – SUNDAY JANUARY 19th

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a New Year’s Event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held this Sunday January 19, 2025, from 5:00PM – 7:30PM in the Clubhouse.

Please bring a dish to share (Potluck Style) and a flyer is posted on the bulletin board as well as attached in a pdf. to this Newsletter.

CLUBHOUSE DOOR INSTALLATION UPDATE

The clubhouse doors located on the North side (facing the tennis courts) have been replaced. At this time, the new doors are only accessible by using the common area key, as the electrical wiring for the fob system will be completed next week.

The South-side doors (facing the pool) are scheduled for replacement next week and is still accessible by fob.

FITNESS ROOM HEATING UNIT (FAILED)

The heating unit in the fitness room has failed and could not be repaired by our building engineer, Victor.

To address this issue, I have contacted a third-party HVAC company to assess the heating element and provide recommendations for replacement. I will update the community once more information is available regarding the timeline for the replacement.
