2025 NEW YEAR’S POTLUCK!
The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a New Year’s Event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Sunday January 19, 2025, from 5:00PM – 7:30PM in the Clubhouse.
Please bring a dish to share (Potluck Style) and a flyer is posted on the bulletin board as well as attached in a pdf. to this Newsletter.
GARAGE FIRE CONTROL PANEL REPLACEMENTS – MONDAY JANUARY 13, 2025
Management would like to inform you that Coral Tree Plazas fire life safety vendor (Hiller Fire), is scheduled to be on-site on Monday January 13, 2025 to replace the two (2) fire panels located in the P1 Parking Garage.
The replacement is necessary due to recent system performance issues identified during routine inspections. This proactive measure ensures that our fire safety systems remain fully operational and compliant with safety regulations.
The two (2) fire panels are fully covered under warranty, ensuring there is no additional cost for the community.
While we anticipate minimal disruption, there may be brief testing of the fire alarm systems.
I appreciate your understanding while this service is performed.
REPLACEMENT OF CLUBHOUSE DOORS – JANUARY 15th & 16th
The two (2) clubhouse doors are scheduled to be replaced on Wednesday, January 15th & Thursday, January 16th. Once the replacement is complete, key access will be available exclusively on the pool side entrance by the common area key.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance the security and functionality of the community amenities.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Management.
SMOKING RULES
Smoking is strictly prohibited at Coral Tree Plaza with the exception of the interior of a home and West of the Clubhouse. No smoking is allowed in common areas including guest rooms, gym and pool & spa area. Smoking is not allowed on the grounds of CTP except as noted above.
Please be considerate of your neighbors when smoking in your unit by not blowing smoke out windows or doors. The odor of smoke can be noxious to neighbors. Don’t drop ashes or cigarette butts over the balconies. Interior bathroom exhaust fans run continuously and will vent through the tops of the buildings.
RIGHT OF WAY – INCOMING VEHICLES RIGHT AWAY (5 MPH)
When a vehicle comes from southbound on 6th Ave and preparing to turn right into the garage and at the same time someone is leaving the garage and turning right onto 6th Ave. You may question, who has the right of way?
Per the California Driver’s Handbook (Section 7: Laws & Rules of the Road)
Entering Traffic: When entering traffic, you must proceed with caution and yield to the traffic already occupying the lanes.
A vehicle leaving the parking garage does not have the right of way and must always wait for the incoming vehicle. Please remember, the parking garage speed limit is 5 MPH.
