PASSING OF NEIGHBOR (BOB CONKEY)
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Bob Conkey, a prominent member of our community who had served as a dedicated member of the HOA Board for many years and was on the Finance Committee. His contributions to the community will leave a lasting impact.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.
BREAK DOWN BOXES & BAG LOOSE DEBRIS
Please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus. Specifically it has been noticed paper shredding shavings are not being bagged and is causing the debris to litter Coral Tree Plaza when the refuse is serviced.
Also, when breaking down cardboard waste is very important, DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs for Coral Tree Plaza.
It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3.
POOL & SPA RESURFACING – 2025
We are excited to announce that the Board has approved a resurfacing project for the community’s pool and spa. This project is necessary to ensure the long-term functionality, safety, and appearance of these amenities to enhance the overall enjoyment for residents.
Key Details of the Project:
- Start Date: January 20, 2025 (tentatively)
- Estimated Completion Date: Approximately three (3) weeks per weather conditions
- Impact on Use: The pool and spa will be closed during the resurfacing process and will also be brought up to code. We will notify you once the city pool inspector has approved for reopening.
We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Our goal is to complete the work as efficiently as possible while maintaining high standards.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to management and I will provide you with an update as we near the project start date.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the community’s amenities!
