STORM DRAIN REPAIR – VISITOR PARKING SPACES (85 – 87)
A storm drain cast iron pipe located on P1 of the parking garage between visitor parking spaces 85 – 87 is scheduled for replacement by Protec Plumbing on Tuesday December 17, 2024. During this scheduled repair, vehicles will not be able to park in these spaces. Thank you!
TURN OFF LIGHTS AFTER USE
We kindly ask for your help in conserving energy and reducing costs for the community by remembering to turn off lights when they are not in use, especially in shared spaces such as the gym, clubhouse, storage rooms, etc.
This small action makes a big difference in lowering our utility expenses and I thank you for your cooperation.
RIGHT OF PASSAGE – INCOMING VEHICLES RIGHT AWAY
When a vehicle comes from southbound on 6th Ave and preparing to turn right into the garage and at the same time someone is leaving the garage and turning right onto 6th Ave. You may question, who has the right of way?
Per the California Driver’s Handbook (Section 7: Laws & Rules of the Road)
Entering Traffic: When entering traffic, you must proceed with caution and yield to the traffic already occupying the lanes.
A vehicle leaving the parking garage does not have the right of way and must always wait for the incoming vehicle. Please remember, the parking garage speed limit is 5 MPH.
2025 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS
Please keep in mind, effective January 1, 2025, the monthly Association assessment for each unit has changed. Please review the 2025 Budget to determine what your new payment is and make the appropriate adjustment. This is especially important if you utilize your bank’s bill pay option, as it most likely requires manual change. If you have set up automatic payments set up through Action’s Resident Portal, the amount that is withdrawn will automatically update. Please contact Management if you need any assistance locating your new assessment amount at mcasillas@actionlife.com.
