Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday December 6, 2024

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

2025 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS

Please keep in mind, effective January 1, 2025, the monthly Association assessment for each unit has changed. Please review the 2025 Budget to determine what your new payment is and make the appropriate adjustment. This is especially important if you utilize your bank’s bill pay option, as it most likely requires manual change. If you have set up automatic payments set up through Action’s Resident Portal, the amount that is withdrawn will automatically update.  Please contact Management if you need any assistance locating your new assessment amount at mcasillas@actionlife.com.

BREAK DOWN BOXES

Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute.  Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza.

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.

HOLIDAY CARDS FOR STAFF

For anyone who would like to mail in or leave an end-of-year card for the Coral Tree Plaza staff you are always welcome to hand it to them or you can stop by the onsite office and leave the card(s) with Management. If I am not in the office, you may place the card(s) through the office door mail slot. I will distribute the cards to Maria, Jose and Victor each day. Just as a friendly reminder here is their information.

Maria Mendoza – Janitorial Porter, Professional Maintenance Systems

Jose Diaz – Janitorial Porter, Professional Maintenance Systems

Victor Perez – Building Engineer, Pro-Tec Building Services

PET WASTE

As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.

I can only control my own performance. If I do my best, then I can feel good at the end of the day”.
