The Management office will be closed on Thursday, November 28^th and Friday, November 29, 2024 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder for this Holiday Season, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash. Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as: bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease. 

END OF YEAR GIFTS

For anyone who would like to mail in or leave an end-of-year card for the Coral Tree Plaza staff (Maria, Jose and Victor) you are always welcome to hand it to them or you can stop by the onsite office and leave the card(s) with Management. If I am not in the office, you may place the card(s) through the office door mail slot. I will distribute the cards to Maria, Jose and Victor each day. Just as a friendly reminder here is their information.
