Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday November 1, 2024

Happy Friday Everyone!

CLUBHOUSE VINYL CHAIRS (REUPHOLSTERED)

You may have noticed the eight (8) chairs in the clubhouse need to be re-upholstered as the vinyl is cracking. The Board of Directors approved Quality Interiors to perform a reupholstery to the eight vinyl chairs and was scheduled for pick up on Monday October 28, 2024. The estimated time frame of completion is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Pool loungers were re-webbed, returned to the pool deck and look great!

MAIL ROOM LOBBIES

Please DO NOT leave items you no longer want or need on the package rack of the mail room lobby. This is specifically occurring in the East Mail Room and has been expressed by multiple residents requesting this to stop. Every week random items are left and thrown away. Thank you!
