ANNUAL MEETING – DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!!!

There are a few ways to vote. Owners may elect to either mail in their ballot, deliver to Management office or take it to the Clubhouse during the Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday October 30, 2024 from 5:00PM – 5:30PM. The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:30PM and Zoom will be an available option. Ace Inspectors will officiate our election whether your ballot is mailed or brought in person.

POOL LOUNGER REUPHOLSTERY

For the avid pool users, you may have noticed over the past couple months the pool loungers & chairs were starting to disappear from the pool deck (placed in storage) due to the deterioration of the webbing.

The Board of Directors approved Quality Interiors to perform a reupholstery to the damaged pool furniture and was scheduled for pick up on Tuesday October 15, 2024. The estimated time frame of completion is approximately 2-3 weeks.
