Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday October 11, 2024
Happy Friday Everyone!
RIGHT OF PASSAGE – INCOMING VEHICLES RIGHT AWAY
When a vehicle comes from southbound on 6th Ave and prepares to turn right into the garage and at the same time someone is leaving the garage and turning right onto 6th Ave, you may question who has the right of way?
Per the California Driver’s Handbook (Section 7: Laws & Rules of the Road)
Entering Traffic: When entering traffic, you must proceed with caution and yield to the traffic already occupying the lanes.
A vehicle leaving the parking garage does not have the right of way and must always wait for the incoming vehicle. Please remember, the parking garage speed limit is 5 MPH. Thank you!
PET WASTE
As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.
Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.
TRASH CHUTE DISPOSAL
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard or Styrofoam material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza. Also, soiled pizza boxes must be broken down and discarded in the trash.
It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.
“Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.”
