WEST GARAGE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE – TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 24T

24 Hour Elevator will be performing maintenance to the West Parking Garage Elevator on Tuesday September 24th from 9AM – 10AM. During this time, the West parking garage elevator will not be operational during the scheduled maintenance. If you do require access to the parking garage, please use the East buildings garage elevator.

Management will send out an email to the community as soon as the parking garage West elevator is back in operation. Thank you for your understanding.

BALCONIES & POTTED PLANTS

Water and other liquids applied to plants, objects, floor, or walls must be applied in such a manner that no liquids drip off the balcony or patio. Pots, planters, and containers must be kept in waterproof saucers.

No objects of any kind may be thrown, shaken, or swept off balconies. Please be mindful of your neighboring unit and their belongings. Thank you!

ADVICE:

Anchor anything which might blow off or fall off your balcony.

RULE:

Close umbrellas when not in use.

POOL CHAIR ARANGEMENT & RULES

It is great to see the pool getting used with the warmer weather. It’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with friends and family in the sun. If you are spending time at the pool and moving any of the chairs or loungers, please move them back to their original position once you are done using them.

Pool and spa rules/safety measures are posted in the area. Please read and follow the instructions on

these signs. The pool and spa are open 24 hours a day, although noise must cease between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
