TRASH CHUTE DISPOSAL

Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard or Styrofoam material down the trash chute.  Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza. Also, soiled pizza boxes must be broken down and discarded in the trash.

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.

GUEST ROOM AVAILABILITY

Did you know there are three (3) guest suites that are available for rent by Coral Tree Plaza residents?

Each guest suite is equipped with:

• Two twin size beds
• Tv (Wi-Fi included)
• Round Table
• Closet
• Stand up shower / Bathroom

If you would like to take advantage of this great convenience that is available or you would like to visually see the guest suite, please email Management: mcasillas@actionlife.com

Guest rooms are for the exclusive use of residents and / or their guests. The resident must sign the Guest Suite Rental Agreement before a reservation is made. The form is available in the Forms Box next to the Management Office door in the Clubhouse or you may request a copy by emailing Management.

There is a charge for guest room rental. The room costs $80 for the first night and $65 for every night after and is charged to your account at the time of accepted contract, or a check can be dropped off at the Management office. If your account is billed, please remember to pay the cost of the guest suite right away.

No meals may be prepared in the Guest rooms.

No smoking is allowed in the Guest rooms.

No pets are allowed in the Guest rooms.
