BOARD MEETING – WEDNESDAY AUGUST 28, 2024
The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday August 28, 2024, at 5:30PM and will be held via Zoom.
MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS & DOG BARKING
Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.
Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, TV noises, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.
Each owner bringing or keeping a pet on the property shall be solely responsible for the conduct of your pet(s).
EMERGENCY CONTACT LIST
Residents with mobility issues, whether permanent or temporary, should send an email to Management (mcasillas@actionlife.com) for notification. This information will be placed on the Assisted Rescue List located in the Fire Control Room for the Fire Department in the event of an emergency.
If you are unsure your name is listed, please ask Management.
EMERGENCY KEY
Do you have emergency key on-file with Management? It is very important to have an emergency key on file with the building. During an emergency situation, Management may be required to gain access to your unit. In the unlikely event that a key is not on file, your door may sustain damage from forced entry. Please note, this is an Owner expense and can be very costly.
Emergency keys are not used for the purpose of letting guests or personal workers in. Owners must make separate arrangements for these situations including calling a locksmith.
RESIDENTIAL PORTAL – UNIT OWNERS
Did you know that you can access your HOA documents and perform automatic payments through the Resident Portal? Each owner has the ability to review financials, minutes and view weekly updates on the homeowner vivo portal. If you have not signed up for an account, please feel free to do so by visiting https://resident.actionlife.com.
