Weekly Update – August 16, 2024
Posted By mcasillas on August 16, 2024
Happy Friday Everyone!
GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING
The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.
Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.
When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!
POOL RULES & CHAIR ARRANGEMENT
It is great to see the pool getting used with the warmer weather. It’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with friends and family in the sun. If you are spending time at the pool and moving any of the chairs or loungers, please move them back to their original position once you are done using them.
Pool and spa rules/safety measures are posted in the area. Please read and follow the instructions to these signs. The pool and spa are open 24 hours a day, although noise must cease between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
EMERGENCY CONTACT LIST
Residents with mobility issues, whether permanent or temporary, should send an email to Management listing their physical description and their unit number. This information will be placed on the Assisted Rescue List located in the Fire Control Room for the Fire Department in the event of an emergency.
3637 7th AVE. STORM DRAIN EMERGENCY PROJECT
The Coral Tree Plaza (CTP) team created to interface with the City of San Diego (City) for the Storm Drain Emergency project and is happy to announce that an Access Agreement has been negotiated and executed between CTP and the City. Included in that agreement, the City will be providing the relocation of our dog run from the current location to the area north of the west (3634) tower. That process will begin imminently and be completed as the first step before the storm drain bypass system is started. Further details will be announced once they are developed and received. Please stay tuned.
PET RETREAT RELOCATION
The City of San Diego provided notice that the pet retreat is in process of being relocated to the planter in front of the West refuse room as of (today) Friday August 16, 2024 and will be available for use.The pet retreat material will be moved over are the potted plants, dog statue, benches, trash receptacle and dog waste station.
Note: The gravel will be raked and collected into one corner of the current pet retreat and the temporary pet retreat, to reuse for a later date.
City Contractors will also be removing the pet retreat fence panels and placing temporary fencing around the pet retreat. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter and as the Board receives further information Management will continue to provide updates to the community.
