Happy Friday Everyone!
MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS
Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.
Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, TV noises, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.
Each owner bringing or keeping a pet on the property shall be solely responsible for the conduct of your pet(s).
GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING
The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.
Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.
When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!
ELEVATOR CABIN – PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION
Management would like to remind everyone to please use caution while entering and exiting the elevators as you can notice knicks and scratch marks on the two residential and parking garage elevators in both buildings. While the freight elevator(s) are padded during working hours (per request), it takes the community to keep our common area components in good shape. Management has contacted a vendor to provide a proposal to blend the scratch marks into the panels. This is a costly expense that can be avoided going forward with the use of caution. Thank you!
