WEST PARKING GARAGE ELEVATOR REPAIR – MONDAY AUGUST 5th
24 Hour Elevator will be replacing the squeaky car door rollers to the West Parking Garage Elevator on Monday August 5th from 9AM – 11AM. During this time, the west parking garage elevator will not be operational during the scheduled maintenance. If you do require access to the parking garage, please use the East buildings garage elevator.
Management will send out an email to the community as soon as the parking garage West elevator is back in operation. Thank you and apologies for any inconvenience.
CITY OF SAN DIEGO – UPDATE
If you have had the time to check out the East side of the Canyon area, you will see the progress that has been made to fill the collapsed area with dirt. This is the reason for the past few weeks you may have witnessed the large truck parked in reverse in front of the Pet Retreat, this truck is filled with dirt for the workers to wheelbarrow down into the canyon.
As soon as the Board & Management receive further information on this project, an email will be sent out to the community. Thank you!
POTTED PLANTS ON BALCONIES
Water and other liquids applied to plants, objects, floor or walls must be applied in such a manner that
no liquids drip off the balcony or patio. Pots, planters and containers must be kept in waterproof saucers.
No objects of any kind may be thrown, shaken or swept off balconies. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
ADVICE:
Anchor anything which might blow off or fall off your balcony.
RULE:
Close umbrellas when not in use.
RESIDENTIAL PORTAL – UNIT OWNERS
Did you know that you can access your HOA documents and perform automatic payments through the Resident Portal? Each owner has the ability to review financials, minutes and view weekly updates on the homeowner vivo portal. If you have not signed up for an account, please feel free to do so by visiting https://resident.actionlife.com.
If you have any issues with logging in or need your Account #, please contact Management.

If you notice anything that may be off, please do not hesitate to report to Management via email. I greatly appreciate the extra eyes and ears and any notification about the building that the staff might not observe 24/7.
