BOARD MEETING – WEDNESDAY JULY 31, 2024

The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday July 31, 2024, at 5:30PM and will be held via Zoom.

YOGA CLASS

Did you know a few residents gather every Tuesday & Thursday in the Clubhouse at 9:30AM and hold a yoga class? If this interests you, please feel free to join and bring a yoga mat! The Hatha & Flow Yoga is a beginner’s class on DVD, instructed by Tamal Dodge.

PET URINE IN COMMON AREAS

As a reminder to all pet owners, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. During the past week, we have found traces of urine on planters located at both lobby entrances.

Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.

WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash.

Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as: bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease. Thank you!
