ELECTRONIC WASTE & CLOTHING HAUL
Management scheduled an Electronic Waste & Clothing Haul donation with Global Disposal and they are coming to the property on Thursday July 18, 2024, to pick up the E-Waste and donatable clothing.
Instead of leaving all electronic waste and clothing in a parking spot in the above-ground parking lot, we are asking that the donation/waste items be gathered by the dumpster rooms of each building. The dumpster rooms are located at the end of the small walkway just North of the main lobby doors to both buildings. There are concrete areas just outside of the dumpster rooms for owners to leave their items. Only staff is permitted into the dumpster room so please do not attempt to access the dumpster rooms.
The Electronic Waste & Clothing Haul will be picked up between the hours of 6:00AM – 5PM on Thursday July 18, 2024 according to Global Disposal. Below is a list of all approved items for pickup.
Approved electronic waste items:
-TVs
-Computers
-Monitors
-Laptops
-Tablets
-Cell Phones
Gently used clothes and shoes will be donated to the charitable partner “It’s All About the Kids”. For more information on this charitable partner of Global Disposal please visit this website: https://www.itsallaboutthekids.org
If you have electronic waste items you would like to dispose of that are NOT listed above, please contact Global Disposal directly for alternative methods of disposal at (858) 848-9278.
TRASH CHUTE & WASTE DISPOSAL
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard or Styrofoam material down the trash chute. Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza. Also, soiled pizza boxes must be broken down and discarded in the trash.
It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.
“Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.”
