Happy Friday Everyone!

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS

In the event of an after-hour emergency (not police related) do you know what number to contact to speak to an after-hour Action Property Management representative? If not, you may contact Action’s after-hours emergency line at (800)400-2284 or (949)450-0202. The Action representative will ask for standard personal information, place of residency and reason for the call to further assist with your after-hour emergency.

GUEST ROOM GUIDELINES

Guest rooms are for the exclusive use of residents and / or their guests. The resident must sign the Guest Suite Rental Agreement before a reservation is made. The form is available in the Forms Box next to the Management Office door in the Clubhouse or you may request a copy by emailing Management: mcasillas@actionlife.com

Reservations may be made with management for a maximum of six nights, no more than two (2) people per room and no one under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

There is a charge for guest room rental. The room costs $80 for the first night and $65 for every night after and is charged to your account at the time of accepted contract, or a check can be dropped off at the Management office. If your account is billed, please remember to pay the cost of the guest suite right away.

Refunds may be made if cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance or if the room can be re-rented. Key and FOB must be returned to the main office; after key return, Site Staff will examine the room. If there is apparent damage, the cost of repair will be charged to your account.

No meals may be prepared in the Guest rooms.

No smoking is allowed in the Guest rooms.

No pets are allowed in the Guest rooms.

EAST FRIEGHT ELEVATOR (CEILING LIGHTS)

You may have noticed this week the ceiling light bulbs to the freight elevator have been changed as lightbulbs were starting to fail. The reason for the change is due to the manufacturer does not carry the exact same light bulbs and are not accessible anymore. The light bulbs being used are LED and are a bit on the brighter side. The newly replaced lightbulbs are a trial while Management searches for another possible compatible lightbulb.

MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS & DOG BARKING

Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.

Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, TV noises, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.

Each owner bringing or keeping a pet on the property shall be solely responsible for the conduct of your pet(s).
