COMMON AREA CLEANING

Starting on Tuesday June 11th – Friday June 14th, Carpet Cleaning Kings will be onsite to perform a deep clean to the hallways of both buildings, elevator landings in the parking garage, and the clubhouse flooring. Jesse and his crew will be cleaning both the carpeted, tiled & luxury vinyl plank flooring. They will start in the East building on the upper-level floors and work their way down to the first floor, repeating this same process in the West building and finishing in the Clubhouse.

SAVE THE DATE – SUMMER EVENT – SUNDAY JUNE 23, 2024

The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a Summer Event for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Sunday June 23, 2024 from 5:00PM – 7:30PM in the Clubhouse. Please mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE!

CITY OF SAN DIEGO CUL-DE-SAC CONSTRUCTION

The City of San Diego have been on site performing inspections to the collapsed area in the canyon (East facing) by using cameras to view the lines. To further inspect the lines, the city will be on site Thursday June 13th & Friday June 14th to demo the marked areas in the cul-de-sac, expose the storm drain pipe and identify what repairs are required.

During the cul-de-sac demo, access to the parking apron will be available (drive with caution) and when the work is complete for the day, the city will place steel plates over the exposed asphalt. Please be advised, there will be loud noise during the demo, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Also, the lower area of the pet retreat will be closed off during this time for your pet’s safety. As Management receives more information, I will update the community.

Thank you for your understanding.

GARAGE SPEED (5 MPH), HEADLIGHTS & PARKING

The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.

Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.

When parking, please be mindful of your neighbor(s) and park within the lines of your assigned parking space(s) as this will be greatly appreciated by your neighbor. Thank you!

PAINT DISPOSAL @ SHIRWIN WILLIAMS

Do you have paint cans that you would like to get rid of? Sherwin Williams located in El Cajon (3301 El Cajon Blvd) will take the paint from you as long as the paint can is not leaking, and the original label is on the paint can. Sherwin Williams will accept up to 20 gallons total per person, if you have any questions for them, please feel free to call (619) 280-5290.
