Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday May 24, 2024
MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED – MONDAY MAY 27th.
The Management Office will be closed on Monday May 27, 2024 in observance of Memorial Day. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday weekend!
TRASH CHUTE CLEANING – FRIDAY MAY 31st.
Power washing of the trash chutes has been scheduled for Friday May 31, 2024 between the hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM. For this service to be completed in a safe and timely manner, trash chutes will be inaccessible to residents during this time.
If you are unable to discard your trash before the commencement of cleaning, please place the trash in the refuse room floor next to the chutes and cleaning staff will dispose of the trash once the service has been completed. As a reminder, if you have any cleaning service or guests, please let them know as well. Thank you.
MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS
Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, TV noises, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.
Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.
WASTE DISPOSAL
As a reminder, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash.
Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as: bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease. Thank you!
