BALCONIES, PATIOS & RAILINGS

Water and other liquids applied to plants, objects, floor or walls must be applied in such a manner that

no liquids drip off the balcony or patio. Pots, planters and containers must be kept in waterproof saucers.

No objects of any kind may be thrown, shaken or swept off balconies.

ADVICE:

Anchor anything which might blow off or fall off your balcony.

RULE:

Close umbrellas when not in use.

MAILROOM LOBBY PACKAGES

As the holiday season picks up, so do the packages that are being dropped off. This is always a busy time of the year for Coral Tree as it is for almost everyone who orders their gifts and goods online. Due to the influx of packages, Management requests that all Residents pick up packages on the day they are delivered (if possible).

USPS MAIL PERSON (NANCY)

Nancy, our wonderful mail person, has asked me to spread the word.  She is going to be in another commercial for USPS and the filming will be right here on 8th St and Pennsylvania (on the dead-end part of the street) filming will take place Thursday, December 21 between 12 and 1:00pm.  If you are available and time permits, Nancy would love the support.
